1. User Accounts and Conduct

• Account Creation: You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any purchases made. You must keep your password secure.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

2. Print-on-Demand (POD) and Custom Orders

Many of our products are created on-demand. This means production begins only after an order is placed.

• Production Time: Please allow for production time (typically 3-7 business days) in addition to shipping time. See our Delivery Policy for details.
• Content and Designs: For custom orders, you represent and warrant that you have the rights to any content (text, images, etc.) you upload. You may not upload material that is hateful, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates this policy.
• Returns: Due to the custom nature of POD items, returns are only accepted for defective products or errors made by us.

3. Payments and Billing

We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (or our third-party processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

4. Our Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zone Intense Clothing Company or its suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ZONE INTENSE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONE INTENSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZONE INTENSE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zone Intense Clothing Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
