Zone Intense - Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Zone Intense! This document outlines our delivery policy and procedures to ensure you have a clear understanding of how we process and ship your orders. By placing an order on zoneintense.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Information & Fulfillment Model
All orders are subject to product availability. Please note that Zone Intense operates on a print-on-demand model. This means that each product you order is custom-made for you after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs but requires production time before your order can be shipped.
2. Order Processing & Production Time

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Production Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for your items to be produced. This production time is separate from the shipping time. Production times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination address. We offer both domestic and international shipping.
The estimated delivery times below begin after the 3-7 day production period is complete.

Disclaimer: These are estimated delivery times. Zone Intense is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Zone Intense is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@zoneintense.com. We will do our best to update it before the item enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order is placed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Zone Intense is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement.

Lost Items: If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact our customer support so we can investigate and find a solution.
8. Changes to This Policy
Zone Intense reserves the right to modify this Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
